“La identificación de los aspectos negativos de la personalidad es como abrir una ventana para iluminar una habitación oscura. Cuando abres, la oscuridad desaparece, pero percibes que la habitación está sucia. La luz entra para iluminar tu percepción, pero no es suficiente para remover todas las impurezas. Si el piso está muy sucio, tal vez sea necesario lavarlo varias veces. Lo vas lavando hasta que queda bien limpito. Lo mismo sucede con el corazón.”
